CIRCUIT TRAINING

involves exercising different muscle groups in a short amount of time (usually 30 minutes) with little rest between exercises. Circuit training is set up with different timed stations, each offering a different type of activity. Some offer a form of aerobics and cardio training, while others provide a strength training task.

WEIGHT LIFTING

Weight training is a common type of strength training for developing the strength and size of skeletal muscles. You can add weight training to your routine depending upon your goal.

CARDIO TRAINING

involves exercising to increase your heart rate. When done regularly (30 minutes per day, 5 days per week), your heart becomes more efficient as it grows stronger and more easily pumps oxygen to the other muscles in your body. Almost anything that gets you moving is cardio exercise.

STRENGTH TRAINING

Besides aiding in weight loss, lifting free weights at our  gym can also improve balance and strengthen bones.If you don’t know where to start, our personal trainers are happy to give you guidance. Even if you already incorporate strength training into your existing routine.
